Call Tracking

You should be tracking each and every call. Example:

If you have a truck with wrapper you should have a tracking number
If you advertised in the Radio or Newspaper you should have a tracking number
If you are running a campaign on Facebook to a landing page you should have a tracking number

Tracking numbers are very cheap and highly recommended.

You need to know when people are calling you where they are calling you from and how they found you. Not only that call tracking provides you conversion metrics as well. Which means if you got 15 leads through call tracking you can see how many of those 15 leads you end of converting.
