Kijiji and Craigslist are one of the most visited websites in alot of countries. We know that in North America they have a solid presence. Thousands of people goto the marketplace in order to look for services. The beauty is, they have budget and need… after all they are looking to hire someone consultant, part-time or full-time employee for this role.
Go to Kijiji and Craigslist and look at the “Jobs” and “Gigs” sections. There are a few service-related links including:
- Marketing/PR/Ad
- Roofing
- Photographer
- Windows & Doors
- Plumber
- Carpet Cleaning
- Sales/Biz Dev
- Web/Info design
- IT Related

How Can You Manage It?
It can be very time consuming for you to check these websites every day. Here is how you can make sure you get a notification everytime a new job is posted on Kijiji and Craigslist. This automated lead generation process can work for other job sites, too. Think Indeed, Glassdoor, Inbound.org, etc. and just repeat for those channels.
Gist: Get fresh leads in your inbox from postings on Kijiji and Craigslist (or other sites like it) by targeting keywords and setting up an RSS feed.
Step #1 : Go to Feedly (Mobile Apps) and run a search at the top right using the Craigslist and Kijiji URL:
The best part about this is it will automatically update when new postings match this criteria.
Set up as many feeds like this as you’d like and be alerted (bold with a number next to it), when there are new postings that match your criteria.
You can download Feedly App and everytime it will notify you if there is an update in your feed. You can create this as a daily task to check the feed for potential opportunities.
